Where it is, we rely on those providers' certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and/or on Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer safeguard; our PostHog product analytics is hosted in the European Union.
