Welcome to Revatto LLC ("Revatto," "we," "our," or "us"). These terms and conditions govern your use of our website located at revatto.com (the "Website") and any related services or products offered by Revatto.
2. Subscription Payment Recovery Services
Revatto provides subscription payment recovery services for software companies. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Website and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You agree not to use the Website:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by us, may harm Revatto or users of the Website or expose them to liability.
5. Intellectual Property
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Revatto and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Revatto.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Revatto, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Website or our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
9. Fulfillment Policy
Effective Date: 4/1/2025
Revatto provides a fully managed, performance-based service that recovers failed subscription payments, reactivates churned customers, and reduces cancellation rates for subscription-based businesses. Our service is delivered entirely online, and clients only pay a percentage commission based on successful revenue recovery.
Service Fulfillment Timeline Once the client agreement is signed and all necessary onboarding requirements are met—including submission of intake forms, access to customer data and systems, and payment method on file—Revatto will begin delivering services within 3 to 5 business days (pending any outlier delays).During onboarding, Revatto will:
- Set up a shared Slack channel for communication
- Install or integrate our proprietary recovery and retention systems
- Begin active management of recovery efforts based on selected service tracks
Weekly summary reports and monthly recaps are delivered to clients, unless otherwise adjusted.
Delivery Method Revatto’s services are digital and fully remote. No physical products are delivered. All client communication and reporting are conducted via Slack and email.
Ongoing Fulfillment Services are continuous and performance-driven. Clients are invoiced monthly for commissions based on actual revenue recovered or reactivated during the prior month. Payments are processed automatically using the payment method on file.
Cancellation and Changes Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. Services will continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed. Alternatively, clients may terminate immediately by paying a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the prior month’s commission or $500, whichever is greater.
All sales are final and non-refundable. No specific results or recovery outcomes are guaranteed.
Support Client support is provided exclusively via a dedicated Slack Connect channel. Clients may use this channel for all fulfillment-related inquiries, updates, or issues.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
